• “Private Content” means the “User Content” that you submit, post, or transmit to the non-public areas of the site, including but not limited to secure workspaces.

You will immediately notify VRIZE of any unauthorized use of your password or account.You are prohibited from soliciting Users of this Site including Consultants for any purpose (including inviting other Users to contact you outside the Site or inviting Consultants to participate in a competing website) except with advance written consent. Without limiting any other remedies, VRIZE may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect, in our sole judgment, that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site or have engaged in activities in violation of these Terms or any related Agreements with VRIZE.

Restrictions on Use
You agree that you will not:

Termination does not affect your liability or obligations under this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of United States, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
